An urban Cooperative Bank of NCT of Delhi needs the services of the
following personnels on full time basis:
Category I
CAs / MBAs
OR retired / VRS taken bank officials holding the post of
Manager and above not less than 30 years and more than 60 years of
age as on 01.01.2008 with a good experience in banking, internal
audit and branch inspection etc.
Category II
B.Coms with
first division or Post graduates with min. second division in
Commerce /Eco/ Maths/Business Administration. Not more than 30
years as on 01.01.2008. Having good knowledge of computer
applications.
Retired /VRS taken bank
officials applying under Category I will be given consolidated
salary and the appointment will be on adhoc basis which will
continue as per the need of the Bank. Others under category I
and selected persons under category II will be given consolidated
salary for one year and on satisfactory performance will be placed
in a pay scale with other allowances / perquisites such as DA, HRA,
CCA, CPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Phone and medical
reimbursement, LTC etc.
Selection
under category I will be done on the basis of interview but under
category II a written test will be taken. Those qualifying with
min. 50% marks will be interviewed and on the basis of combined
performance selection will be made. Preference will be given to
those possessing diploma in Cooperative Training prescribed by the
O/o RCS, Delhi.
Candidates in category II will submit along with
the application a non-refundable bank draft for Rs. 100/- (Rupees
one hundred only) in favour of The Kangra Cooperative Bank Ltd.,
drawn on any Bank at Delhi.
